Client work & builds · Est. 2026

What we’ve done.

Client work first, because that is what you actually came to see. Then the products out of our own shop, because building our own is how we got good enough to build yours. Everything here is real and most of it you can click.

C1 · Web development, then app development

Saddle & Sage Boutique

Emmett, Idaho

The Saddle & Sage storefront before the rebuild: a templated Square Online page with a script headline over a photo of the shop window. Before · the Square template
The Saddle & Sage storefront after the rebuild: an editorial layout with a serif wordmark, a full-bleed product photo, and a clear shop navigation. After · the rebuild

Whitney was running her boutique on a Square Online template that looked like every other Square Online template. We rebuilt the storefront as a custom site pulling live from her Square catalog, so she keeps the inventory system she already knows and gets a shop that looks like her brand. Then we built her a styling app on top of it.

Result: Custom storefront live on her own domain, plus a second build: a personal styling app for her customers.

    Travel Magic by Mimi

    Independent travel advisor, Fora Travel

Mimi plans trips for a living and needed a site that felt like the trips, not like a booking form. One page, her own photography, her live Instagram feed, and an inquiry form that lands straight in her inbox.

    Result: Live and taking inquiries.

  2. C3 · Platform development

    The Court Room

    Members club, pre-opening

A full membership platform: member portal, payments, door access, the whole system a club runs on. Built on our multi-tenant backend so it does not need its own engineering team to stay online.

Result: Backend live, member portal in build ahead of opening.

What they said after.

Screenshots straight off Google, not retyped. Same names, same star rows, same badges you would see if you looked them up yourself, and you can: read all five on Google →

And we build our own.

Products and pilots out of our own shop. We ship these the same way we ship yours, which is the only reason we know the advice works.

  1. ashtagapp.com
AshTag homepage: a lit cigar on dark wood, "Good cigars, good company"
    Live

    No. 001 · Consumer app

    AshTag

A journal and a social feed for cigar people. Log what you smoke and how it hit, scan a band with your camera to identify it, and see what your friends are lighting up tonight.

Built for: Cigar enthusiasts first, the lounges they sit in next.

    • 7,052-cigar catalog
    • AI band scanner
    • Subscriptions live

It started as a tool for one lounge. The journal kept wanting to be its own thing, so we let it.

  2. batch.handledagency.co
Batch landing page: "Sell out. Don’t pay out." in big block letters
    Live

    No. 002 · Commerce platform

    Batch

Runs the whole pre-order side of a local food business: drops, pickup slots, checkout, the customer book, and the emails that fill it. No percentage fee on orders, ever.

Built for: Bakers, food trucks, and restaurants doing weekend specials around the Upstate.

    • First storefront onboarding
    • 0% platform cut
    • You own your list

Born from watching a sold-out bakery drop get run through Instagram DMs and a spreadsheet.

  3. phramed.co
Phramed landing page: "Galleries clients love. Shoots you actually plan."
    Live

    No. 003 · Photographer's platform

    Phramed

Client galleries that carry the photographer's brand instead of ours, plus the shot lists and run-of-day timelines every other gallery tool leaves you to build in a spreadsheet.

Built for: Working photographers and small studios who shoot more than they want to admin.

    • Galleries on your own brand
    • Shot lists + run-of-day
    • Non-punitive storage

The galleries were the easy part. The reason it exists is the planning nobody else bothers to build.

  4. /upcycle
A local business website after its Upcycle: editorial layout, warm palette, real photography
    Live

    No. 004 · Productized service

    The Upcycle

Our website upcycle. We move your site to our hosting for $250, then $50/mo locked for life, and it never goes up. Want it redesigned? Revamp from $1,000 or a full rebuild. You keep the domain and everything Google already knows about you.

Built for: Any local business whose site was last touched in 2019.

    • Site work from $1,000
    • $50/mo hosting
    • 2-3 week turnaround

The before-and-afters do the selling. Owners buy with their eyes, not with audit scores.

  5. useparlor.com
Parlor homepage: "Run your room like the club it already is" over a dark lounge backdrop
    In pilot

    No. 005 · Membership OS

    Parlor

One operating system for membership businesses: members, recurring dues, check-ins, events, and the front-desk iPad, all in one place and wearing your branding, not ours.

Built for: Lounges, private clubs, and any third place with regulars.

    • Grown out of AshTag’s backend
    • Live in two Greenville rooms
    • Toast & Square supported

AshTag taught us how to run one lounge. Parlor is that lesson, packaged for any club.

  6. in the workshop
SIGNAL · DRAFT · HUMAN YES · SEND
    In pilot

    No. 006 · Sales automation

    LeadGen Engines

Custom engines that watch for buying signals (a stale job posting, a new opening), find the right person, and draft the outreach. Every single draft waits for a human yes before it goes anywhere.

Built for: Owner-led firms where the founder is also the whole sales team.

    • First engine sold and running
    • 191 tests passing
    • Human approval gate, always

Robots draft, humans send. The reply-rate data is loud about this being the right order.

Also on the bench

Smaller builds and shop tools. Less flashy, still earning their keep.
