It started with my own subscriptions.
I didn't start in tech. I started behind a camera, telling other people's stories. When I started my own business, the hardest part wasn't the work. It was everything around it: a pile of apps to run the business, and none of them talked to each other.
So I built my own tools instead. They fit how I actually work, and I got to cancel subscriptions instead of adding them.
Then I started noticing everybody else. Owners paying for eight or nine platforms. Teams running on spreadsheets and group texts. And the same sentence, over and over: "That's just a problem we work around. There isn't a solution."
Usually there is. Nobody has built it yet. That's the job.
Most of our work starts over coffee, not a pitch. Somebody we know sends somebody they know, and every conversation ends the same way: who should I meet, and who can I help?

01We'll tell you when it's a $20 app
We do what's best for you, even when it doesn't make us a dime. If the right answer is a tool you can buy today, you'll hear that on the first call.
02A fixed price, agreed first
That hour together is the scoping. Then a fixed quote. You know the price and the timeline before anything starts, and the price doesn't move. Builds start at $5,000.
03Somebody on it after launch
Training and a clean handoff, then Upkeep or Partner every month. Fixes get handled, and on Partner, requests turn around in 48 hours.
