What should I have ready before the call?
Nothing. Seriously. The whole point is for us to figure out what you actually need. If you have a website, I'll pull it up. If you have a CRM, I'll glance at it. You don't need to prepare a thing. Just show up.
Is the call really free?
Yes. No catch, no pitch at the end. Worst case, you walk away with a free diagnosis and a written plan you can take anywhere. Best case, we work together.
What if 15 minutes isn't enough?
If we both want to keep going, we keep going. The 15-min slot is a floor, not a ceiling. Most calls run 25-30 min.
Can I just email instead?
Yep. Email keegan@handledagency.co with what's stuck and I'll get back to you within one business day. Calls are faster, but email works fine.
